Realtor tip of the day, get ready for winter! Most new homes with green handles on the outdoor faucet are generally freeze proof. If you have a hose connected with a sprayer on it, make sure you remove that. Even though they are “freeze proof” be safe and go ahead and wrap it! Moral of the story…. Don’t end up like me 🙃

Whereas there is never a crystal ball or even the 8 ball with random predictions you always want to break and see the liquid come out, every financial and economic expert is saying this 6% will remain consistent during the next couple of years. It is a buyers market as we have much more inventory than the last few years, yet at the same time, sellers’ home values are still way above where they should be. In short, that is about as balanced and normal as you can get. For those who are between ages 25-30 still living with your parents, it is time to start looking (fyi parents with that situation, if they do not get out now, they may never leave lol). And for those who have a home with a rate under 4% that do not want to leave but truly need bigger or smaller houses, life is too short and there are just as many reasons that amount is made up in the next house anyways. To all my past clients, friends, and peers, give me a shout if you want to discuss.
