We shot a quick video out at Justin Pirtle s newest investment property, and to say it is in horrible shape right now is an understatement. I started the video on selfie mode and told Julia Paige that we were standing outside our newest luxury listing, then panned the camera to show an incredibly ugly, run-down house. Julia laughed and reminded me that the PowerHouse Team handles all types of real estate.

Then I panned over to Justin Pirtle, who has flipped over 100 properties, and introduced him as the proud owner of this magnificent luxury estate. He played along, claiming ownership of the disaster behind him. I finished by showing the garage, which looks like it is about to fall completely over, and noted that it definitely is not the 12-car garage people are used to seeing in our luxury walkthrough videos.
