DAY 35 | 16 DAYS TO 50 YEARS

In December 2018, CENTURY 21 Atwood took another big step across Minnesota, this time to the Lake Mille Lacs region.

We joined forces with Ronda Bjornson, Kelly LaBrosse and the team at Mille Lacs Realty, bringing together two Minnesota companies with something very important in common:

A belief that real estate is local.

Their 12 agents already knew the communities they served. They knew the neighborhoods, the lake, the back roads, the businesses and the people. They had built relationships and earned trust one client at a time.

Our goal wasn’t to change that.

It was to build upon it.

By becoming CENTURY 21 Atwood, that local knowledge was now supported by the resources and recognition of a global real estate brand, and by a Minnesota family company whose roots stretched back more than 150 years. The partnership formally began December 19, 2018.

For CENTURY 21 Atwood, it also represented an important evolution.

Just a year earlier, we had opened our first branch office in Saint Peter. Now our footprint was stretching much farther north, with Mille Lacs Realty bringing established offices in Isle, Onamia and Garrison into the CENTURY 21 Atwood family.

It became a model for how we wanted to grow:
