This is also why I am actively involved in advocating for private property rights. Helping to ensure 1031 Exchanges relative to Real Estate investments are intact, property taxes & mortgage interest can be itemized deductions on personal tax returns (discuss with your CPA), landlords & tenants have protected rights, and many other benefits. I've earned many professional designations and developed strong professional relationships to enhance the services I provide to clients. Trade missions across the world continue to feed my ambition and drive to learn and grow in international real estate. The Global Business Committee at the Las Vegas Association of REALTORS® is where I discovered real estate business and transactions are not just meant to be local, but Global! Since making this connection I’ve earned my Dubai International Property Consultant certification and am helping people find their primary, second, and retirement homes or investment properties in Dubai, Las Vegas, and across the world. When I became a REALTOR® it was because I wanted to help people find their dream home but what I found was my forever career and my voice as an advocate for homeowners and private property rights. Spending time with my grandchildren is my favorite way to unwind. A die-hard Cleveland Browns fan so much so I’m the VP of the Browns Backer Club here in Las Vegas. The Cleveland Indians and CAVS are not far behind and of course, like all good local supporters, I follow and support our own Golden Knights Hockey Team!

Not all property managers are the same—and honestly, I’m not trying to be.

I’m a boutique property manager. That means I don’t take on hundreds of doors just to say I’m “busy.” I take on the right properties and treat each one like it’s my own…sometimes even better than most owners would.

If you’re looking for the cheapest option, I’m probably not your person.
And that’s okay.
