A little glimpse into my week behind the scenes. 🤎

Monday: Getting organized and mapping out the week ahead.

Tuesday: Searching for the right homes for two new buyers and making sure we are looking at more than just a pretty house. Location, condition, value and what makes sense for their goals all matter.

Wednesday: Working with my seller to get his property ready for his new tenant and making sure all the details are handled along the way.

Thursday: Emails, paperwork, research, follow ups and everything in between. There is always something happening behind the scenes.

Friday: Wrapping up the week, checking in with clients and preparing for what’s next.

Real estate is so much more than opening doors and showing houses. A big part of what I do happens behind the scenes, making sure my clients have someone paying attention to the details, anticipating what comes next and keeping things moving.

And honestly, I wouldn’t have it any other way. 🤎

Sometimes you just need to pause. ☕️📖

Today I took a little break and stopped by Tous les Jours in Manassas for a café latte, a quiet moment, and a little time with my devotional.

I love discovering local places that have that cozy, welcoming feeling, and even more, I love being able to slow down for a few minutes, reflect, and simply enjoy the moment.

Life gets busy, especially in real estate, so I’m learning to appreciate these little pauses in the middle of the day. 🤎

I’m so excited to finally see a goal I’ve had for a long time come to life: educating and empowering homebuyers!

Join me for a full day of Homebuyer Education on August 29 in Alexandria, Virginia, from 9:30 AM–4:00 PM.

We’ll walk through the homebuying process from beginning to end, including:

✨ Preparing to buy
✨ Home inspections
✨ Title & closing
✨ Understanding the homebuying process
✨ Down payment assistance programs
✨ And so much more!

Virginia Housing certificates will be provided upon completion. The certificate is valid for two years and can fulfill the homebuyer education requirement for certain first-time homebuyer programs that offer down payment assistance.
