As I watch the news, my heart goes out to those in the aftermath of hurricane Helene. So many FEMA volunteers, neighbors helping neighbors. This is America at its finest just like the fires in Lahaina where everyone stepped up. I am retiring this year & have a 10x20 storage unit. I hope that the Red Cross can help me pay for the shipping costs. America Stong!

There's a first time for anything! I finished staging a home in Mercer Island yesterday. I placed a beverage cart with chips and bottled water on the back covered patio. As I was going through the house hanging up pictures, a crow was outside and pulled out 7 bags of chips, opened them up and had a buffett. Little scavengers are not welcomed for this listing.
