This was a truly unique property with many challenges. Originally zoned commercial, it was converted into a nonconforming residential, but was made a duplex years ago. The property’s subdivision created a confusing address situation, split across two parcels with neighboring properties numbered 464 A Conchester Road, (not Highway,) and 464 A Conchester Highway; the adjoining property was 464 B Conchester Road. We resolved this dilemma after many calls with the State of Pennsylvania, Delaware County, and Upper Chichester.

The property was in raw condition and needed a special lender, but Mike Becker and the Mike McCann Team were honored to represent both the buyer and the seller, guiding all parties, including lenders, title companies, insurance providers, and municipalities, through the complexity.
