Events will alternate locations each week, so be sure to check the schedule carefully to see where you need to go each time. We can’t wait to spend the summer with you!

Today 1923 Wilson Bend Rd in Millsap officially closed and funded.

This one was more than just a transaction to me. Real estate is rarely just paperwork and signatures. Sometimes you’re a negotiator, sometimes a therapist… and sometimes you’re apparently a baby turkey buzzard babysitter.

This property was truly one of a kind. From the pond, greenhouse, RV setup, workshop spaces, garden areas, and all the little hidden gems around the acreage, I made sure every potential buyer knew exactly where everything was with directional arrows all over the property. This wasn’t just land and a house — it was a lifestyle.

Because the property sat vacant, I checked on it constantly after showings to make sure everything stayed secure. You’d be surprised how often doors accidentally get left unlocked after a showing. Those little things matter.

This home had multiple offers and actually went under contract twice before finding its final family. And honestly, I think it was waiting on the right people both times. It waited patiently for my sellers while they purchased their next chapter, and in return it waited for the family who was meant to call it home today.

This house was built for gatherings, late nights outside, gardening, kids running around, and people truly living life together. And that’s exactly what will continue here.

I’m beyond grateful my sellers trusted me to guide them through this process from start to finish. These are the kinds of stories that remind me why I love what I do so much.

Three siblings.

One family home filled with memories.
And one chapter they weren’t quite ready to close… until life said it was time.

After losing their mother last year, these siblings were faced with one of the hardest decisions a family can make selling a home that held so many memories while also navigating grief.

And if you’ve ever handled an estate, you know it’s rarely as simple as putting a sign in the yard and calling it a day. Add in coordinating three siblings (who were all amazing) , three schedules, three opinions, and emotions tied to a family home… and it becomes so much bigger than real estate.

My job was to help make this process feel a little less heavy keeping everyone informed, answering questions, handling the moving pieces, and helping them move forward when they were ready.

A few weeks ago, we officially closed this chapter. ❤️

Real estate may be about the house… but it’s also about people, families, and helping them through some of life’s biggest transitions.

I love what I do, helping people is my passion and lucky I get to do this for a living.
