Loading up year 10 with the first two agents to start (urban) Compass, the bosses &

2024 marks 16 years in the broker business, helping our clients in NYC and around the country.

In the early days, Rob would come back to our office close to midnight after recruiting agents from other offices, yelling to the abyss about “chopping wood” to me and the handful of ex McKinsey consultants still working away. Those were some good times! He’s still just as fired up, if not more today! 🔥🔥🔥🌲🪓

Homage to the boys Pt2. How am I lucky enough to bring 13 guys to the Colombia jungle for a fishing / sashimi trip for 3 days? Baffling but I’m a lucky guy! Also our leader at 30 years old, employs over a hundred staff, runs two lodges in the jungle, and raises over $250K each year for wilderness protection for the local tribes. A lot in the future for this guy.
