Kristin is the heart behind the brand…the one bringing all the feelings, vision, and soul to URD. Her bold ideas, creative spirit, and magnetic energy give our work the unique twist it needs. Her compassion and authenticity are woven into our roots and reflected in everything we do.

She’s our voice, our presenter, our content creator, and our data-driven operator all in one. You can usually find her hugging clients, talking to herself (and somehow solving problems while doing it), analyzing every detail to make the business better, or ready to abandon adult responsibilities the second a more fun opportunity appears.

We’re incredibly lucky to have Kris leading the charge. Wishing you the happiest birthday and another year filled with big ideas, laughter, and everything you love. Cheers to you on your special day! 🎉🥂

The one keeping us organized behind the scenes, handling the chaos, and keeping this business moving day in and day out. So much of what happens at URD wouldn’t happen without her.

Happy Birthday to the other half of the URD Gals ❤️

To know Meg is to know loyalty, calm in the chaos, and someone who quietly carries more than most people realize. While I’m usually the loud one sharing our story, Meg has always been the steady heartbeat behind so much of what Upstate Roots is.

We’ve gone from high school girls with insecurities…to wives, moms with big dreams & now business owners, and somehow still best friends through all of it. The highs, the heartbreaks, the stress, the celebrations…we’ve lived a lot of life side by side.

What people may not always see is how much she pours into everyone around her. Our team. Our clients. Me. She keeps this business grounded, organized, moving, and standing when things feel chaotic. And she does it all while somehow staying humble through it all.

URD would not be URD without her.
And honestly, neither would I.
