Our team started demo yesterday for the new restaurant at Cypress Landing yesterday! Stay tuned for this amazing transformation.

One month in, and we’re incredibly thankful!

Our second Orange Beach Airbnb has officially been live for one month, and we’ve already had the privilege of hosting 7 amazing families. Even better—we’ve received all ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ reviews along with some incredible feedback from our guests.

A huge shoutout to my wife, Brittani Emmons, who pours so much time and effort into every detail. From the design and furnishings to the little touches that make guests feel at home, she’s the reason these places stand out. I’m proud of everything she’s created.

🏡 Week 4 Update – Our Newest Home in Ponchatoula

Another great week in the books! Here’s where we stand:

✅ Exterior siding complete
✅ Windows & doors installed
✅ Roof complete
✅ Mechanical complete
✅ Electrical complete
✅ HVAC complete
✅ Plumbing complete
✅ All inspections passed
✅ Insulation complete
✅ Drywall complete

🔨 Up next: Interior trim, doors, and our custom cabinetry begin Monday. This is the stage where the house really starts to come to life and all the craftsmanship starts showing through.

41 years of family memories.
3 years on market.
3 different agents.
3 months under contract....and a seller who kept the faith through it all.

This was not just another closing. It was officially my last Real Estate deal in Louisiana. And I wouldn't want to end it on any other note. Thankful for this family- and all the others that have allowed me to be part of your story. I never take it for granted.
This picture says so much....the rainbow is a promise. Excited to follow my path in Alabama; and grateful for all of the blessings that have gotten me to this point.

Installing these trimless recessed lights in our latest project. They require a considerable amount of work, as each one gets floated in during drywall, but the end result is amazing!

We love building houses, but every now and then, we get to do something different!

Our son Finn had to construct a boat from scratch using only cardboard for his gifted class. He had to race it against other boats in the bay, using only a cardboard paddle.
We went to work and this is the end product!!!

This boat has raced for 2 seasons and is safely back in the warehouse until next years modifications.
We will have electric power next year!!!
