2025 and ALIVE : A Photo Story

- Family trip to Cabo. My first time, definitely not my last!
- Joined a country club, long time goal! ✅
- Lacy and I celebrated 10 years!
- 6th Chaos in the Canyon camping trip - Leo Carrillo Malibu
- Mom’s 70th in Tahoe + a little mountain golf!
- Camped on the way home from Tahoe at Calavera Big Trees. Biggest (not oldest) Giant Sequoias in the world.
- Hanks first day of preschool, same school as Scout!
- More sidewalk naps from Hank
- Best bros golf trip to Prescott AZ! 73 for yours truly
- More camping, La Jolla Indian Res with great friends.
- Scout turned 4, can’t roller skate for beans.
- Hosted 2nd White Label Christmas Classic golf tourney, there was a first shot hole in one!!
- Captained the Hot Cockolates in the 2025 Christmas shootout, Walmart Clearance uniforms for the win!
- Christmas with Lacy’s fam (22 others) in San Clemente
- NYE in Santa Ynez at Papa’s Ranch. Quiet seclusion & beauty.

Altogether, it seems like we love camping, family, friends, and golf. Not a bad life, let’s run it back, 2026!!

2024, a photo story.

✅Evolved as a family, loved stronger and laughed harder.
✅Grew in my career, despite a tough market. Sold more homes of distinction.
✅Traveled to Hawaii with fam and saw the quintessential rainbow while furthering my modeling career.
✅Personal favorite- walked Scout to her first day of school. 😢
✅Won first place at coveted the 2024 Leo Carrillo invitational slider tournament of champions cook off.
✅Traveled to Nicaragua for cousins bachelor party and got the flu, still got good waves toward the end.
✅Continued my undefeated MN turkey hunting streak 6/6, and logged trip #16 to MN deer woods (successful archery hunt)
✅Experimented smoking different meets - Dino Ribs and Jerk Beefy 🤤 . Recommend both!
✅Sang the Del Mar Races theme song - Where the turf meets the surf , in front of a Friday race crowd!
✅My boy Hank the tank turned one, and these two turds turned into besties ❤️
✅Got spoiled AGAIN by with a new GMC Sierra.
✅Played more golf with my absolute brothers. Dillon, Corey & Jimmy
✅Captained a team of lions for the 2024 Christmas Shootout and implemented a new green reading strategy.
✅Hosted the inaugural White Label Christmas Classic golf tournament. Camaraderie was at a record high and special bonds were formed.
✅ Deepened our love
✅Rang in the new year with a great crew in Santa Ynez. Golf, hiking, lounging, BB guns, fine wines and tritip.

Just Sold in Carlsbad. ☀️ I had the pleasure of helping a lifelong friend from elementary school find her way back HOME to San Diego. The kicker?? Her husband is awesome also and we might be best friends already, I still need to ask him. BONUS! Congrats to fellow agent on the closing, always great working with local agent on drama free deals, we only strangled each other once! 😀 Congrats to all parties involved 🎉

Shameless self promotion time. (Real estate awards season)

🏡💼 It’s been quite the ride in the world of real estate this past year! Just shy of hitting that $20M mark in sales, earning San Diego Association of Realtors SILVER award – And hey, I might be fashionably late to this post, but blame it on the diaper duty! 😂👶 Juggling between selling homes and wiping baby butts has been an adventure, to say the least, so I’m proud of it! None of it would’ve been possible without the amazing clients who put their trust in me. I love you all.

The team also kicked ass - earning a spot among the top 50 teams in San Diego – what an honor! 🎉

SOLD. ✅ I’m sure you’ve seen these photos while I posted during this escrow period, however we’re officially closed as of a few weeks ago. Let’s blame my lazy posting on my 2 kids under 2. 👼 💩 My clients secured this home 2 years after their daughter tried to buy it, however was unsuccessful due to ludicrous market conditions - I found them another home that they’re currently living happily ever after in. 😊 Fast forward 2 years, this same home hits the market and the parents snagged it. Win win!

It was a truly turn key property and it was refreshing to see true craftsmanship from the previous owners who completed the full renovation on their own using premium materials and style. What a score, I along with their daughter are likely a little jealous, nonetheless, happy everything worked out!

2023 - Highlights

1. Jan 1, fed an ostrich.

3. Made corn dogs
4. Played better golf courses
5. Played and hung with John Daly
6. Met my boy Hank!
7. Sold more expensive homes and had personal best year, just under $20M sold with $3.6M in pending sales.
8. Went to Hawaii with a 5 week old.
9. Spent 50 hours in 4 days in a tree looking for Bambi.
10. Spent more time at home with my favs.

Last weekend of the year, let’s make it a great one, be thankful for what we have and let’s ring in the new year with friends, loved ones and a smile.
