Today was extra special!

Not only did I have the privilege of helping a seller close on his home, but I also had the honor of helping him purchase the next chapter of his life. As a repeat client and friend, watching this journey unfold has been incredibly rewarding.

There are closings… and then there are these kinds of closings ❤️🏡

This one was extra special. Diane and I go way back to my days as a dispatcher in O’Fallon, and over the years, we became more than coworkers—we became friends. So when she reached out to me to help her and Jason find their next home, I was SO excited.
