We are exactly where we expected to be. However, the speed at which the market change occurred was unexpected!

👉🏼As a result, the days on market are up 91%! If you are a buyer, there are more homes to choose from, and if you are a seller, more marketing time will be necessary to sell your home!

👉🏼Homes are still worth more than they were a year ago and interest rates are still historically low.

👉🏼Everyone needs to pivot a bit, but again, we are exactly where we expected to be and I know, personally, my buyers are loving the increase in homes to choose from. 🏠
