Here is our recent staging in Porter Ranch which just sold for more than $200k OVER asking! We worked with the already gorgeous home by using some of the sellers' existing chic pieces like a slouch sectional that has seen lots of love that needed a "lift" a coffee table, console, end tables, lights, decor, floor lights, art and more to pull together this cool, relaxed but hip Modern Ranch look!

To think this is just 900 square feet! Thanks to the sellers agreeing to invest just a few hundred dollars in the new ceiling lights we selected, it really brightened and enlarged the look and feel of this cute 1940's home in Glassell Park - Los Angeles, our latest staging that just went live. The selling point is this spectacular hillside view of Los Angeles, so we optimized the floor plan to create plenty of seating without feeling crowded and instead open it up to make that view the focal point.
