Hannes has been in the construction industry for 8 years now and he has successfully developed several residential complexes, and several large residential houses in some of South Africa's most prestigious residential estates. Our special projects include - raft foundations in difficult soil conditions (clay) and ; concrete slabs ( in-situ slabs and rib and block / block and lintel slabs), as well as hybrid style foundations - (combination of traditional and raft foundations) in collapsible soil conditions.
