Allow me to introduce myself…
My name is Dominico Pagan and I would like to be your resource for real estate in Central Florida. I take great pride in knowing that my expert market knowledge, keen negotiating skills, and commitment to exceptional service has helped hundreds of people, just like you, turn their real estate dreams into reality. Originally from Meriden, Connecticut my journey to Central Florida and to real estate has been built upon helping people. After graduating I entered the field of graphic communications a field that would lead to a nineteen year career helping people and businesses emerge into the new digital world. I saw the opportunity to bring my skills to people on a much more personal level through real estate. I quickly earned my license and built a successful real estate practice in Connecticut before deciding to relocate my business to the world’s premiere vacation destination: Central Florida. Since my relocation, I have realized that one of the best decisions I have made in my real estate career was to associate myself with the award winning team at
COLDWELL BANKER ACKLEY REALTY. Their business philosophy is simple, powerful, and mirrors my own:
“We strive to make the buying and selling of Real Estate as cost effective as possible while maintaining the highest level of personal service. We strive to provide our customers with accurate and up-to-date information, skilled analysis and sound real estate advice and to continually explore new ideas and technology, to make the selling and buying of real estate faster, less costly, and more efficient.”
To this end I have built a client-centric real estate business focused on residential sales and listing of both new construction and existing homes for a diverse client base that spans from the first time buyer to the savviest investors. My proven property marketing systems have been effective at helping sellers get the maximum market price possible when they list their properties with me…regardless of market conditions. Throughout my career here in Florida I have been fortunate to have had the experience of my customers becoming my friends…and ultimately my “second family”. I very much enjoy bringing happiness to all the “families” I have had the privilege to assist. If you have a need for superior real estate services in Central Florida and, specifically, in Kissimmee, St. Cloud, Southern Orlando, Lake Nona, Windermere, Davenport, or Clermont areas please contact me! Your real estate dreams are only a phone call away!
