This breaker has a loose wire—and that’s not “no big deal.”

A loose connection can overheat, arc, and potentially lead to electrical failure or fire. This isn’t a cosmetic issue and it’s not something to ignore or “tighten later.”

⚡ Electrical systems demand proper installation and secure connections.
⚡ Small issues like this can turn into big, dangerous problems.

🔌 For the record: Power was turned OFF before filming this video. Safety first.

This is exactly why a thorough inspection matters. If it’s loose in the panel, what else was rushed or overlooked?

👉 Have it evaluated and repaired by a licensed electrician.

Today’s inspection brought me inside a fireplace where the firebrick is damaged, cracked, and deteriorating — and that’s a serious problem.

Firebrick isn’t just decoration… it’s what protects your home from excessive heat, helps contain the fire, and keeps the firebox operating safely.
When it’s cracked, missing, or broken, heat can transfer where it shouldn’t — putting your home at risk.

🫵😡 ANGRY FINGER ALERT! 😡🫵

Today’s inspection brought us to a home with siding that’s barely hanging on for dear life. Not only is it loose and improperly secured, but the failure to fasten it correctly has left exposed wood underneath — and that exposed wood is already showing signs of weather damage.

👉 Moisture + unprotected wood = rot, structural deterioration, and expensive repairs.

Siding isn’t just decoration — it’s your home’s first line of defense. When it’s pulling away or installed improperly, it lets water in and allows hidden damage to grow.

If your siding looks like this, get it handled before a minor issue becomes a major problem.

Today’s angry finger is pointed at a 100-year-old home with wood siding that isn’t just pulling away — it’s damaged.

When wood siding reaches this condition, you’re dealing with more than age. Damage like this can lead to:
✔️ Moisture intrusion and rot
✔️ Insect activity
✔️ Hidden structural deterioration
✔️ Premature failure of interior wall components

Wood siding on older homes can hold up extremely well when maintained, but once it starts to break down and separate, it’s no longer protecting the structure the way it should. And that’s when the angry finger comes out. 👆😠
