Torring, Fort Belvoir, Virginia, I was chosen by the Kansas State University College of Veterinary Medicine and its Veterinary Medicine Alumni Association for the 2018 Alumni Recognition Award. Presented at the annual convention from the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) in Denver, Colorado on July 13, 2018. Each year one veterinarian is selected for this award because of their outstanding careers that can inspire future students to go further and further.
