My name is Kyle De Aguiar, I joined Sotheby's International Realty in February of 2017. Our office has recently rebranded to the first nationally transformed property group in South Africa known as 'Dormehl Phalane Property Group'. When looking to hire someone to handle one of the largest transactions of your life, it is vital that you not only select an agent who can get the job done efficiently, but also represent and keep your best interest in mind, as a buyer, seller, or investor at all times. With knowledge and an open line of communication, I strive to produce the highest results for my clients while ensuring that they are filled with enjoyment throughout each step of the process. My personal Real Estate expertise is still that of a novice with only a year in the industry but it continues to grow at a rapid rate each and every day. The knowledge I have primarily covers Johannesburg areas and extends across a variety of property types, giving me the unique ability to present my clients with specific information as well as accurate, market related overviews. Due to my association with Dormehl Phalane Property Group, I am able to combine my knowledge and determination with the real estate associations local and national breadth, to assist clients in a Local, National and International capacity. There is a lot that separates a great agent from a run of the mill agent and that is represented in the true care and passion necessary to go the extra mile throughout the transaction process. The highest award I can receive is when a client expresses their complete satisfaction before, during, and after closing of the deal leaving a lasting impression of a memorable time. My ultimate desire is to is serve each of my clients in a manner that exudes enjoyment throughout.
