To all our Tenants and Potential Tenants Please make sure your Prepaid Meters software has been recoded Before Sunday 204 November 2024.
How to Check and Recode Your Meter:
To verify if your meter is ready:
โข Enter 1844 6744 0738 4377 2416 on your meter keypad.
โข If it shows 1 or 1.2, your meter still needs to be recoded.
โข If it shows 2 or 2.2, your meter is already updated and requires no further action.
If It needs to be recoded please purchase the Update Token numbers Online or from larger Vendors such as Checkers or Pick n Pay.
Once you have the token you can complete recoding the meter:
โข Enter the first 20 digits of your recode token.
โข Enter the second 20 digits of your recode token.
โข Finally, enter the 20-digit token from your latest electricity purchase to recharge your meter.
