Another day spent trying to sort out the Qatar Airways issue regarding my two children who are supposed to fly on Sunday. Another day being given the run around!! Still no answers or ticket or resolution

I need your help family and friends on Facebook. Please share this far and wide. I contacted Qatar Airways on Sunday to say I needed my kids to fly back to South Africa to restart their visa process without me.

Qatar changed the flights and charged me over R9000. Today I find out the kids can’t fly alone because we didn’t book an ADULT ticket for Liya who is 11. So the flights I booked were non usable even though Qatar sold me the tickets. I now need to be rebooked at an additional R8000. So I asked them on Twitter for help. Needless to say a scammer phoned me supposedly from Qatar and scammed me out of salary I received today by saying he was refunding me Sundays flight. I feel sick to my stomach.
