From Ballito to Umhlanga, Hillcrest to Cape Town, another Friday morning saw our HUNT 5K Friday community out in force.

Our Umhlanga team was joined by the HOKA Fly Club Durban crew for a special morning on the promenade, bringing great energy and a few extra km of conversation along the way, while our Ballito, Hillcrest & Cape Town runs saw a mix of regulars and newbies joining in the fun.

Whether you’re chasing a personal goal, returning from injury, or simply enjoying the company of others, it’s great to see our community showing up week after week.

One of the best things about HUNT 5K Friday is that it brings together people from all walks of life. From young kids finding their stride to seasoned runners and walkers who have been showing up for years, everyone has a place here.

What makes these mornings special isn’t how fast you move, it’s the encouragement along the way. A word of support, a high-five, a familiar face cheering you on. It’s a reminder that showing up for each other matters just as much as showing up for yourself.
