We love seeing our Fairview farmers find thoughtful ways to work with the land, and Andrew Francis of Happy Hens is doing just that.

As part of his regenerative farming journey, Andrew raises pasture-raised hens that spend their days scratching in the soil, roaming the grass and enjoying the North Coast sunshine. Their natural lifestyle is at the heart of the delicious eggs now available through Deja Moo Micro Dairy.

It's another wonderful example of the people and small farming ventures that make our Fairview community so special. Knowing where your food comes from, and the farmer behind it, is all part of the farm-living experience.

At Fairview, the everyday becomes a little different when your running route takes you past farm animals, open fields and beautiful views. No gym treadmill could quite compete with this.

Prepared for the unexpected.

This weekend, Fairview hosted a complimentary First Aid and Emergency Training session at the dam, giving our staff and residents the opportunity to build practical skills that could make a real difference in an emergency.

Hosted by .ems, the training covered everything from basic first aid and CPR to snake bites, trauma and other emergency situations. There was plenty of interaction, with staff, residents, FEFA, Watergate and Fairview teams asking questions and working through real-life scenarios.

Creating a safe and prepared community is something we take seriously, and we are proud to offer opportunities like this to both our staff and residents.

A big thank you to Alert Medical Services for sharing their knowledge and expertise with our Fairview community.

A Goliath Heron was recently spotted at Fairview, adding another impressive species to the incredible birdlife found around the estate.

With dams, open farmland and natural spaces woven into everyday life, Fairview offers something rather special for those who love nature and birding. Here, a morning walk can turn into an unexpected wildlife encounter, right on your doorstep.

For the birders, nature lovers and anyone who would rather wake up to birdsong than traffic.

From garden to family table.

A basket filled with vegetables picked straight from the garden is one of the simple pleasures of life at Fairview.

With 2 hectares of space, our farmers have room to grow their own vegetables, plant fruit trees and create gardens that become part of everyday family life.

A little patience, a bit of sunshine and a garden of your own can go a long way.
