We are very close to the en of 2016. I think we will all agree that time flew! The renting market have been very busy as tenants are
coming and going. Some people are being transferred at the end of the year some might even have problems with finance as they are battling to get money for work done from the government. Every time a tenant leaves a property I have to inspect the property and if the tenant did not leave it in the same condition as when they got it, I have to get quotes and repair it from their deposit. That causes lots of stress for me and for them.
A good tip to tenants is to take photos before they move into the unit and when they are leaving compare the photos. You will quickly see if there is some difference. I always take photos and they do not lie. Just remember not to do something to someone that you don't want done to yourself. Leave the place the way you would want it.

It is already month end again! All my properties has been let and it proves again that if you work hard at it, it pays off in the end. All the gardens are looking very dry and hopefully we will get our chance for rain.
