Customers are warned to be aware of scam artist operating in the office automation space. Under the name "First Golden" they call or email victims warning of stock shortages of their contract cartridges. Telling the victim that First Golden have been authorised to sell their surplus stock to relieve the shortage, the victim will then be refunded on their contract supplier.

Please be aware this is a scam, First Golden have no affiliation to any importer or suppliers.

There is no refund or rebate scheme in place.

And lastly, there is no shortage. If there was an issue, you would hear about it months before from your suppliers.
