The largest town in the arid Great Karoo region, also known as the "Capital of the Karoo". It is the centre of an agricultural district based mainly on sheep farming, and is a significant town on the N1 national road. Here you will find this cozy IPA House which is well placed for travelers en route between Gauteng and Cape Town. A friendly IPA member will receive you and show you around. About the house ……

There are 4 bedrooms and the house can accommodate 14 persons in total. Lounge with a TV, communal bathrooms that caters for the disabled. Bedding and Towels included
Fully equipped kitchen with stove, fridge and the necessary cutlery. Veranda at the back
Communal BBQ/Braai area. Washing and laundry facilities available

Things to do in the area ….. Why not extend your stay for a couple of days and explore the area. Visit the Karoo National Park, the Spinwiel Antique Shop and Village museum or the Dr Chris Barnard Museum. There are also some very good restaurants and coffee shops close by. IPA members R180 p/p
