Please be advised that the Tennis Court Play Area will be closed for renovations starting this afternoon, 15 October 2025, and will remain closed for a few days. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this time.

In the interest of safety and community respect, we kindly remind all parents and guardians of the following:

Children are not allowed to play between units or between parked cars.
Ball playing is strictly prohibited in all common property areas.
Parents are responsible for supervising their children at all times.
We also ask that you speak to your children about the importance of respecting and taking care of the play areas. These facilities are provided for the enjoyment of all children in the complex, and it is essential that they are kept clean and undamaged.
