REAL ESTATE AGENTS...
One of the more frustrating aspects of our industry is extending a professional courtesy to fellow agents by allowing them to market and advertise a property, only to have the agreed instructions disregarded.
As the appointed representative of the seller, my responsibility is to ensure that the client's wishes, conditions, and marketing directives are communicated clearly and consistently. When other agents are invited to participate in the marketing of a property, that invitation is extended in good faith and with the expectation that the seller's instructions will be respected.

It becomes particularly disappointing when those instructions are ignored and agents marketing strategies GO AHEAD ignoring the instructions....
YOU COME TO AN OPEN HOUR - CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS ARE GIVEN ON ADVERTISING AND YOU DECIDE TO DO WHAT YOU LIKE🤬

Such actions create confusion in the marketplace, undermine the seller's position, and compromise the professional standards we should all uphold.
Collaboration among agents can be a powerful tool in achieving a successful sale, but it only works when there is mutual respect, professional discipline, and adherence to the mandate provided.
An invitation to market a property is not permission to rewrite the rules. It is an opportunity to work together in the best interests of the client.

Professional cooperation succeeds when the client's instructions remain the priority, not individual opinions...
