We have become aware of allegations circulating on social media implicating our company and its representative, Smangele Tladi, in fraudulent activities. We wish to address these claims and clarify a few important points.
Firstly, we would like to emphasize that we have also been affected in this situation. In standard property transactions, payments for property purchases and mortgage finance are not made directly to the estate agent. Instead, funds are administered by the appointed conveyancing attorneys (law firms), who are responsible for handling the transfer process and ensuring that all legal requirements are met before ownership is transferred.
Unfortunately, we have reason to believe that some of the law firms we previously worked with may have acted unethically, and these matters are currently under investigation.
We would like to reassure all clients who have made payments but have not yet received their properties that we are actively addressing these concerns. Investigations have already commenced, and to date, two cases involving clients who were unfairly treated have been identified and successfully reimbursed. We remain committed to resolving all legitimate matters as fairly and as promptly as possible.
We remain dedicated to transparency, accountability, and integrity in all our dealings. We encourage any person who believes they may have been affected, or who requires clarification regarding their transaction, to contact our office directly so that we can investigate and address their concerns in a professional and transparent manner.
