Always check how many people may live in the property
Tenants should always confirm how many people are allowed to live in a rental property before applying or moving in.
Many properties have a limit on the number of occupants, especially bachelors, rooms, flats, complexes, or shared accommodation.
In some cases, if more than one person will be staying in a room or unit, the rental amount may be adjusted accordingly, depending on the property and the agreement.
Always make sure the number of occupants is approved upfront to avoid any misunderstandings later.
