And your neighbour selling for R2.5 million doesn’t automatically mean your home is worth the same either! 🏡

A property's market value depends on size, condition, upgrades, location, comparable sales, current market conditions and buyer demand.

A bank valuation can give a stronger indication of market-related value — but even that doesn't guarantee the price a buyer will pay.
