📢 Attention Tenants with Prepaid Electricity Meters!

⚠️ All prepaid meters require an update by 24 November 2024 to continue accepting tokens. Follow these steps to update your meter:

1️⃣ Buy Electricity: When you purchase a token, you’ll receive two extra 20-digit “key change tokens” if an update is needed.

2️⃣ Clear Previous Tokens: Make sure any old tokens are processed before starting the update.

3️⃣ Enter Tokens: Enter the first key token, wait for acceptance, then the second. Finally, enter your regular recharge token.

If the update is successful, your meter will accept tokens normally.
