It is with great pleasure that we can announce that the Mongoose dam was sealed with a blue rubber seal and the leak at the bottom of the dam is now fixed.
In the video, Patrick is busy painting on the rubber seal and finally, after all our hard work we opened it with a big splash.
We want to thank all our campers who have visited Mongoose campsite during November, December, January, and February for their assistance in keeping the dam full. All of you took it in your stride like true campers and said you would make it work! An empty dam during the extreme heat was just not an option!
