Delta Property Fund Delta is a specialist, REIT status approved property fund listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange since 2012.

Delta is a predominantly soverign underpinned fund that is represented in all 9 of South Africa’s provinces. One of Delta’s key objectives from the outset was to diversify the portfolio into other high-growth assets classes. - Net operating income up 10.34% to R721.4m, driven by cost optimisation and asset disposals
- Revenue stable at R1.14bn, despite a competitive office sector
- Portfolio vacancies reduced to 31.9%, thanks to new leases and disposals
- Property operating expenses down 12.8%, reflecting successful cost-cutting measures
- Lease renewals & new agreements totalling over 132 000m², reinforcing portfolio stability
