December might feel far away. In Cape Town property terms, it isn’t.

This is the time when we are already looking ahead at December, watching booking pace, demand, availability and how comparable properties are being priced.

Because peak-season pricing is not simply about putting your rate up and hoping for the best.

Price too low too early, and you could leave significant revenue on the table.
Price too high, and you risk missing valuable early bookings.

The goal is to find the right rate at the right time, and then keep adjusting as the market moves.

Cape Town’s wildflower season has arrived.

For a few short weeks each year, the landscape changes completely. Fields that spend most of the year quietly green and rugged suddenly fill with carpets of tiny white, yellow and orange flowers.
