Home loan offer accepted - what's the next step?

Things start to feel very real.

The process moves into registration - bond attorneys, documents and final guarantees become the focus.

It can feel a little unclear at this stage, because much of the work happens behind the scenes.

We don’t disappear once your rate is secured. Our role simply shifts. We monitor progress between the bank and the bond attorneys, keep an eye on outstanding requirements and ensure the journey moves steadily toward registration.

Buying a home is a big step. You shouldn’t have to navigate the final phase alone.
