What a lovely day visiting the Kanyisa Food Garden! We made garden beds, weeded, sang and ate delicious home made food cooked by the lovely community that takes care of the garden. Thank you for organizing this fun, rewarding day! If anybody needs a special team building activity, this is definitely it!

There is a new character in town: a true entrepreneurial spirit. He will sell you a cucumber for 15 Rand (10 Rand just for you) from his car trunk in Greenmarket Square. I couldn't help but support his cheeky hustle. He is extremely funny, always on the verge of being inappropriate without crossing the line, a true master of double entendre, and he will let you chose your favourite sized cucumber. The best part? The walk through the square after closing the deal, proudly holding your cucumber, making playful banter with all the stalls vendors commenting on your choice. I think this gentleman will make a handsome buck this summer 😂👌Go and support this man!
