The finishing touches 🤩

As the walls dried and doors closed, every detail began to speak, the paint, the tiling, the light fixtures. We believe in the kind of care that can be seen and felt.

Every corner of Khanyokuhle Estate 🏡 tells that story. When we build we put our hearts into it. We dont build with a tenant in mind, we build like our family is about to move in.

Site visits and lessons learned 🦺

The site was just next door 😊 so we visited the site countless times, sometimes to solve problems, other times just to breathe in the scent of new paint and feel inspired. Each visit reminded us that development is not just about structures, it’s about progress, learning, and care at every step.

Breaking ground 🦺 🚧 🏗️

The first brick laid, the first wall raised it all began here. Every sound of the shovel and cement mixer carried the hope of something bigger. Progress may have been slow at times, but we learned that patience builds stronger foundations than concrete ever could.

🏦 Two banks said no 🫨

Two banks declined our proposal, one of them is the very bank we’ve been loyal to for years and have our home bond with and another already financing one of our company investment property.

It was disheartening at first, but rejection taught us something valuable: not every “no” is the end!!!!!!!!

Sometimes it’s just a delay before the right “yes.”
When the approval finally came, it felt like more than finance, it was validation that our dream of building a solid property portlio are valid and persistence pays off. Dream delayed is not a dream denied 🙏🏿

The quotes that almost broke the dream🏠🏠💭

When Khanyokuhle Estate was still just an idea, we reached out for building quotes, and some of them were ridiculous. One builder even said, “You’ll never find anyone who can do it within that budget.” The Cape Town 🫧 is real 🤦🏿‍♂️🤞🏿

But we knew our numbers (thank you to Intellibuild), our vision, and our limits.

So we waited, and when the right professionals came along, everything fell into place.
Patience, as always, paid off.

Where it all began ✍🏿

Our dream build started with a sketch ✍🏿, when we found someone who could transform our dreams to approved building plans, we jumped on. This small idea rooted in faith and a deep desire to build houses 🏘️ that feel like home. wasn’t just a project; it was a promise to build with heart and manage with care. Even the architect going awol could not stop 🛑 our go!
