Online relocation platform Wise Move recorded a 40% year-on-year jump in Cape Town to Gauteng moves. Families are settling in Faerie Glen, Centurion, Queenswood and Brooklyn — drawn by better value, more space and top schools, with the rand stretching far further in Tshwane.
