Who in real estate has experienced a similar scenario, with former SA 🇿🇦citizens living abroad🇳🇱 (or visa versa), now returning home, but are sitting on the fence😵‍💫, waiting for the ZAR to get worse🫥, before bringing funds💷 in to buy a home?
