For those of you who have followed my career in real estate, you'll know that my journey has taken me from a traditional real estate model, to a lower-commission brand, and ultimately to Eazi Real Estate who work on a fixed-fee Commission model. Each move has been strategic, purposeful, and instrumental in shaping the professional I am today.

Today, I am proud to serve as Recruitment and Training Manager for what I believe is the most innovative real estate company in South Africa. The Eazi model is truly second to none—offering more support and growth opportunities for agents, greater transparency for buyers, and significantly more value and money in the pockets of sellers.

I am incredibly honoured and excited to have been entrusted with such an important role. It is a responsibility I do not take lightly.
