SOLD in 3 weeksโฆ but the story behind it started nearly three years ago. ๐ก๐
I first started working with this client in 2023, and over that time our professional partnership grew into a friendship that I truly value.
When she let me know she was going through a significant life transition and needed to sell her home, it was incredibly meaningful that she trusted me to see it through. My priority was ensuring the process felt as smooth and supported as possible.
Shortly after listing, we introduced a family relocating from Joburg who instantly fell in love with the home. While the property sold quickly, the real work happened in the three months that followed.
Between the buyer selling their home in Joburg and my client finding her next home, there were many moving parts to coordinate. I focused on being the central point of communication โ aligning timelines, managing expectations, and guiding the process in a structured and supportive way that allowed both parties to feel heard and reassured.
