While we are stressing about Cost of Living in South Africa I'm busy researching countries that are going to give me a 2nd Citizenship for my Children ,I'have stopped investing in South Africa completely for now taking my cash to go find option 2 Country.

✴️I will only own 3 farms in SA (PE✔️ CT progress❓️ Waterberg Vaalwater (😀wishing4it)

✴️I will only own 3 apartments (✔️CT✔️Waterfall ✔️Bedfordview (will sell) PE will sell as well get another still Waterfall/or Menlyn/Sandton (😀Wishing4it)
✴️Still love mining towns for employees accomodation ...

I'm looking for any Country in the Shengen Area there are 25 countries I'm looking for a Country with Powerful Passport for Oresiametse & Oagile .Even that 1 that will allow me & my husband to travel Europe at ease b4 hitting 50 years.

Indeed we have different problems in this world 🌎

✔️I want my children to have options in life , I have applied to 1 Country as I write ,I'm still interested in 1Euro Italy houses ,I'm now researching option 3 .
✔️If I can buy a R2million house in SA I can buy a 25 000 Euro / R500 000 house abroad Spain Italy France country-side renovate it and my kids can own this houses abroad they can sell them if they don't want them .

My Property Strategy has officially Changed ...

Limpopo is leading SA’s residential rental market with a 12.5% y/y increase in average rents (R9 145) in Q2 2025 – just R127 less than KZN.

The latest PayProp Rental Index is here, and it reveals some interesting shifts in South Africa’s rental market.

In this issue:

📉 Rental growth dipped to 5.0% year-on-year in Q2 – still above inflation, but lower than the past two quarters.

🏙️ The slowdown was driven by bigger provinces, with lower rental growth in Gauteng, KwaZulu-Natal and the Western Cape.

🌍 Limpopo recorded incredible 12.5% year-on-year growth, quickly closing in on the country’s most expensive provinces.

📊 Meanwhile, KZN has overtaken Gauteng to claim third place on our rental leaderboard, behind the Western Cape and Northern Cape.
