Linda Harris Real Estate Agent Address Your Dreams
Giving dreams an address is what I do best. With strong local and international networks, the right buyers find their dream home.

As a Southern Suburbs specialist, buyers find homes they love and sellers achieve exceptional results. I provide a comprehensive service to my clients. All buyers and people who view/enquire on properties listed with me gain a complete understanding of the conveyancing process and are aware of all the associated costs from our initial contact. My clients who are selling their properties receive a

comprehensively researched valuation that I challenge anyone to meet the level of research I gather. This gives all parties involved confidence to ensure an equitable price for their property is achieved. I provide my international clients with an augmented service before even starting their property search. This service includes giving my clients information on the SA conveyancing process and introducing them to specialist Visa, Foreign Exchange, and Tax service providers. I particularly enjoy using my coaching qualification to counsel clients through their transitions. This means I assist elderly folk scale down with the care they would receive from their own daughter; assist first time home buyers with the same care as I hope my own children will receive when they purchase property and assist people experiencing traumatic change, like divorce. I am passionate about assisting people in an all-inclusive manner. I pay attention to the needs of the children, the pets, the clients' lifestyle and of course, their budget. Contact me on 072 608 1449 or [email protected] to have your property-related needs fully addressed.

Wynberg businesses unite against crime and urban decay

I’m proud to support the newly established Wynberg Business Forum (WBF) as Deputy Chairperson. As both a residential and commercial estate agent working in Wynberg — including assisting small businesses with property and business sales — I see firsthand how important a safe, vibrant and well-managed business environment is for everyone who lives, works and invests in our community.

The WBF was formed by local business owners to work together on key issues affecting Wynberg, including:
• Safety and law enforcement
• Urban management and CBD renewal
• Investment and development
• Traffic, mobility and collaboration between businesses and property owners

Our aim is to create constructive partnerships with the City, SAPS, CPF, local stakeholders and the broader business community to help revitalise Wynberg and support positive change.

Thank you to all the business owners, community leaders and stakeholders who attended and supported our inaugural AGM.

You do not need to be a cash buyer to succeed in the Cape Town property market.
What you need is preparation, financial clarity and the ability to present a credible and confident offer.
In many cases, a buyer with proper bond pre-approval can compete very effectively with a cash buyer — and sometimes even present a stronger offer.
If you’re thinking about buying or selling property this year, understanding how offers are evaluated can make a big difference.
If you'd like a copy of my short Buyer Guide:
“How Buyers Can Compete With Cash Offers”, comment GUIDE below and I’ll send it to you.
If you're curious what your property might sell for in the current market, feel free to message me for a market update.
Preparation is what turns a bond offer into a competitive offer.
