We’re excited to share the massing concept for a new dwelling along the beautiful West Coast. At this stage, the focus is on understanding the overall form, size, and flow of the home before moving into detailed design.

This simple white massing model helps us study circulation, proportions, and how each space connects — while also mapping the site’s wind patterns, sun movement, and natural surroundings.

Early design like this is essential in shaping a home that feels grounded, comfortable, and perfectly suited to its environment.
