It’s been a little while since our last update, and what a journey it has been! Since breaking ground a year ago, Water's Edge has been steadily taking shape, and we’re thrilled that 11 families have already moved in, beginning to make their homes their own.

We’ve been very busy behind the scenes, and with the development now sold out, families are moving in and creating vibrant, welcoming communities. We’ve been quietly capturing the milestones, the progress, and the moments that make this project so special—and we can’t wait to start sharing them with you.

With 96 homes planned in total, there’s still much more to come, and over the coming weeks, we’ll be sharing stories, photos, and glimpses into life at Water's Edge, celebrating the milestones that make this development feel like home.
