Covid-19 was the most difficult time for many and particularly for owners who had relied on the hospitality industry for rental income on their investment properties. The brand now known as Cape Town Properties started as a service offering to those owners to do long term rentals to at least continue to earn an income on properties that would otherwise have stood vacant for many months. With our help, we gave these owners options to pull through a difficult time. Our portfolio of rented properties increased quickly and we have been consistent in averaging 10 new contracts a month since June 2020. Thanks to our excellent service, we’ve become a prominent part of the Western Cape real estate market The directors René Arbuckle and Rouxlé Marais have long careers in the industry and have extensive experience in managing investment properties on long term rentals. Cape Town Properties provides the full spectrum of real estate transactions. This includes the sales and rental management of residential properties but we won’t stop there. Cape Town Properties will: take delivery of the property; assist with the handover process; do a handover inspection; refer snags to the developer; monitor the repairs; manage the property by ensuring the inventory is maintained and all repairs and maintenance attended to.
