GRASSY PARK ❗️SOLD at Full Asing in just 48hrs......

I was unsure when I was asked by a colleague if I want to take on this mandate......I didnt have enough knowledge about the area with regards to the property market.

But if you know me you know I don't just give up . I 1st said no but after much thought i decided "Lets Do It". Another agent was also appointed in the area. Thats always difficult because its a race till the finish.

There was an offer apparently submitted on the Sunday by the other agent. We listed the beautiful unit the Saturday.

Monday morning a lady contacted me said she lost out on another unit in the same complex. She had an Approval in Principle from the bank. We then contacted the same person at the bank to assist. Same complex different unit and different price.

Monday evening we viewed with a final grant in my inbox....an OTP completed by the Purchasers. After the viewing I presented the offer to my Sellers.
Tuesday morning I submitted all documentations and final grant to our office and Attorneys.

Final sale just like that. Another offer came in above Asking but because All our suspensive conditions were met the other offer was null in void.

This happens when you are well prepared and closing all the doors so that you secure the deal for your Buyers. Being a few steps ahead to close the deal.

My Purcasher called me the Tuesday evening very emotional on how they thought they'd never own a property because each time they fail ....the loose out on the properties they like. But God honored their waiting season.

To those women nobody notice, the one with no degree, the one with a job we think its so beneath us, the quiet one, the one with no luxury home, the one with no fancy clothes, the one no one recognize. Lady I SEE you. I feel your pain , I feel your rejection from those closest to you. You cry when no one is around. Yet you carry yourself with so much grace. The little you have you share with others.

Today let me remind you of your worth. You might feel intimidated when you walk into a room because the "louder" women seem yo have it all. Truth is they don't. Behind close doors they fight their own battles just like you.....they are just skilled at pretending.....something they mastered over the years.

What a great start to my August 2026🙏

I secured 3 mandates and 1 rental mandate so far 🔴⚪️🔵 but it took a while to get to this point. Some conversations and decisions take longer then others.

And tonight I could secure another mandate in Table view. Rolling up my sleeves to put in the work is not alwayz easy to do but it can surely be so rewarding when you're consistent and patient. I'm in the business of helping people ....either to buy or sell ....but more importantly being part of my clients lives. Every home has a story and I want to be part of your story......
