38 New Properties. One Great Team. Plenty to Celebrate!
We have a little something to celebrate… and we think we’ve earned it!
Between 1 March and 31 July 2026, the team at Rawson Rentals Cape Metro Classic successfully listed and rented 38 NEW properties.
That’s 38 landlords who placed their trust in us, 38 valuable assets entrusted to our care, and countless hours of teamwork, dedication and hard work behind the scenes to make it happen.
It’s a fantastic achievement for our entire team — our agents, assistants and administrators — and a great example of what can be achieved when everyone works together towards the same goal. From finding the right tenant to managing the process and keeping our landlords informed and confident along the way, every role plays an important part.
But most importantly, thank you to our landlords. We know that a property is far more than just bricks and mortar — it is a significant investment and a valuable asset. We are exceptionally grateful that you have chosen to trust Rawson Rentals Cape Metro Classic to look after it.
